Ordering
Yes. In order to offer the highest level of service to our customers, we require a minimum order amount of $25.00 for all orders.

Yes, we do offer free samples of most stock items*. To request a sample simply visit our Sample Request page HERE. There is a $5 fee for all samples. This fee can later be applied towards your future purchase. A $5 coupon will be provided upon submission of your request. It will also be emailed to you for your records. If placing orders over the phone provide your email for verification.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders although we cannot ship out your order until we have received your check or money order.
We do not accept C.O.D. at this time.

No. We are currently not extending credit terms. Those who have credit terms with us can continue to use it. We will notify when we will start accepting applications again.

Recycling
Plastic Boxes, Tubes, Lids, etc.
In most cases but not in all, Danco Packaging Products, LLC uses PETE (polyethylene terephthalate) or RPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) Number 1 and/or PVC (Polyvinylchloride) Number 3 in the manufacture of their plastic lids, tubes and some containers. It is suggested that you ask our customer service representative for the specific material we use in the manufacture of your product.
Plastic Bags
We use LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) Number 4 or HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Number 2 in the manufacture of most of our plastic bags.
Not all landfills and/or recycling centers throughout the United State and Canada will accept every type of plastic for recycling. It is strongly suggested that you and/or your customer check with the local landfill operator or recycling center in your area to determine if they will accept the type of plastic used in the manufacture of the packaging product you are looking to purchase.

Returns
You may return/exchange eligible products ordered from us within 30 days of the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and you are responsible for returning the product. Some items, however, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please contact our customer service center at 1-800-831-3220 for assistance and to verify if your item is eligible for return/exchange.

Shipping/Delivery
Our current shipping status:
In-stock orders normally ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
General shipping information
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. However, if an item is marked "This item ships separately" or during times of heavy order volume (especially November and December), orders normally ship within 2-4 business days of when they were placed. Generally, all items on backorder or out of stock are marked as such on the site. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.
For most domestic orders, you can choose between UPS Ground, 2 Day, and Next Day deliveries. If your order ships via UPS you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. Please Note: UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Expedited (UPS 2 Day and Next Day) and UPS Ground shipments are delivered Monday-Friday except on US Holidays.
For orders shipping outside the U.S., we provide UPS shipping. Your package will usually arrive within 3-5 business days and will have full door to door tracking. You will receive the tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail. You will probably be charged import taxes and fees for your order - please check with your customs office if you are unsure of these fees.

Currently Danco Packaging Products only ships to the 50 United States of America, Puerto Rico and Canada via UPS. All UPS services are available for the 50 US States and Puerto Rico. Canadian orders are shipped only via Canada Standard. Please Note: Canadian orders incur customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. The receiver is responsible for these fees.

Place all of your items in your shopping cart then scroll down a bit on the page and enter your shipping info in the fields in the "Estimate Your Shipping & Tax Costs" section. Please Note: The shipping charges we quote on the website are estimated. Accurate shipping charges will be added during fulfillment of your order.

If you order by 2 p.m. EST it will likely ship the same day. Excluded from this rule are Shrink Wrap Related Materials, Heat Sealers and Cotton Drawstring Bags; These must be ordered by 1PM for same day shipping.
Orders placed after 2 p.m., on weekends, or on holidays will ship the following business day.

In most cases your tracking number will be emailed to you via UPS or our automated system by the end of the business day (5:00 pm). If you do not receive said email please feel free to contact us online 24/7 or call 1-800-831-3220. Please have your order number ready.

Yes. Danco Packaging Products ships via UPS Canada Standard to any location in Canada. To place an order for delivery to Canada simply select Canada as your Country and enter your Delivery Address then select Canada Standard as your delivery method.
PLEASE NOTE: Canadian orders incur customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. The receiver is responsible for these fees.

Please note that the shipping rates quoted on our site are ESTIMATES based on UPS Published Daily Rates. All orders are manually processed before your credit card is charged for accurate rates. Danco does get a discount from UPS and we gladly pass those savings along to our valued customers. We do this after the order is received as it is very difficult to estimate via the website.
While we always strive to provide our customers with accurate shipping rates, there are other factors that can affect the final price such as:
- Oversized items - Oversize charges may apply to products shipped via UPS (ground or air) based on the size of the package. Any box shipped via UPS that that is larger than 3 cubic feet in size will be charged shipping costs based on its dimensional weight rather than the actual weight of the package.
- Bulk packing - When ordering multiples of select items we may be able to bulk pack the items in one or 2 boxes instead of just one doing this usually reduces shipping costs.
- Your Location - If the shipping destination is a rural area UPS charges higher rates versus the city or urban areas.
